Shipping Methods & Rates

We use SF Express for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, China, Malaysia, Singapore, and South Korea. International orders are shipped via FedEx/DHL.

Hong Kong A flat shipping fee of HKD 25 applies to all orders. Orders of HKD 1,000 or above enjoy free shipping.

Macau, Taiwan & China A flat shipping fee of HKD 50 applies to orders under HKD 1,500. Orders of HKD 1,500 or above enjoy free shipping.

Malaysia, Singapore & South Korea A flat shipping fee of HKD 150 applies to orders under HKD 2,000. Orders of HKD 2,000 or above enjoy free shipping.

International Shipping A flat shipping fee of HKD 250 applies. Free shipping is not available for international orders. Destinations include UAE, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, UK, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and USA.

Customs Duties & Taxes For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. Marlisse is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please allow additional time for shipping during peak seasons or holidays.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping. Please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply, and these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
